My stay at the hotel was overall positive. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but there was an issue with the thermostat blowing cold air when I tried to adjust the heat. The staff knew what customer service was all about and were friendly, making my experience pleasant. The location was pretty good, not too far from the activities I wanted to do. However, the dining options were limited, and the food was cold and underwhelming.
